Architectural
Prior to any work to the exterior of your unit at
the Village at Lake Pine II, owners must submit a request
for approval of any changes. The Board of Directors
reviews all applications, plans, specifications, materials
and samples submitted to determine compliance with the
standards and policy set forth in the association documents.
Work should not commence until final approval is received.
So, for patios, screen enclosures, walkways, etc. remember
to submit your plans for approval.
In addition to those mentioned above, all exterior
changes to your home require Association approval via
the Request for Review for Architectural Modification
Form to ensure proper community aesthetics.
Landscaping
The Village at Lake Pine II has engaged the services
of the landscape company, Hurricane Landscaper. Please
do your part and refrain from parking on the grassy
areas of the community. If you wish to engage the landscaper
for additional work (not covered by the HOA), call Hurricane
