New Childrens Museum / Library - at the
corner of SW 121st Avenue & State Road 84, under
construction by the Town of Davie.
During the Board meeting held
on 11/18/10 the BOD voted to:
"Per Florida State Statute 720.305, the Board voted
to suspend the voting rights of owners who are delinquent
more than 90 days for monetary obligation and they are
NOT eligible to run for the Board".

of each month and subject to a $25.00 late fee. Payments
not received by the end of the month are sent to the
